I went through an intensely dark night of the soul in 2018.

I came out on the other side with the realization that I had been living my life in a way that left me completely disconnected from my creativity, my intuition, and my personal power.

As a highly sensitive person trying to navigate a world that values productivity, conformity, and competition, I felt out of place in my own skin.

I began exploring different self-care practices as a way to regulate my nervous system and nurture my gentle and flowy creative side.

My first adventure into my personal version of spirituality was taking a reiki class. Then I began meditating and journaling. I started working with the moon and living in a more cyclical and intentional way.

I received an iPad and an Apple pencil as a gift from my husband, and it unlocked a whole new realm for me. I began to experiment with digital collage and learning about the endless possibilities available with this new medium.

When I'm offline, you can find me out on a hiking trail with my fur bestie and shop assistant Boomer.

Or you might find me hanging out with my kiddos and my husband.

Or you might find me lost in creative bliss with my iPad or my sewing machine.

When I was a kid I loved making art. I loved coloring, drawing, and painting. I fantasized about being a free-spirited bohemian painter that lived in Paris and floated around in creative bliss.

Now I am finally living an updated version of the daydream I once had.

My longing for a return to a creative lifestyle combined with my expanded perception of myself as a cosmic being is what lead to the birth of Cosmic Bohemian Studio.

I have been on a wild ride since that first dark night of the soul.

My greatest joy comes from holding space for others as they navigate their own path to joy, passion, and pleasure.

In 2020 I became a certified Erotic Blueprint™️ Coach, as well as certified in Accelerated Evolution.

I also love using more unconventional coaching tools with my clients, including tarot, astrology, and reiki.
